The Techno Park CEO Mervin has said "We have marked July 2010 as the deadline for the launch of Kollam Technopark. Minister M.A. Baby wants the first company to move into Kollam Technopark by July 2010 and we have taken it up as a challenge.
The land prizes at Kundara ,Kollam have really escalated during the last few months.
